After the payment of the order, all ziedelis.lt jewelry is delivered by DPD couriers to your home, work, or parcel locker address. The courier will always contact the recipient by phone or email before the parcel delivery.

Delivery of ziedelis.lt jewelry is managed by DPD parcel service, which will deliver your order to your address in Lithuania within 1–3 working days. Delivery takes up to 5–10 working days for shipments to European Union countries. In all cases, the courier will inform you of the scheduled delivery time by phone or SMS before the order arrives. If you would like to receive your order before the deadline, then please contact us using the contact details below and we will check the possibility of delivering your jewelry sooner. However, please note that during festive periods (e.g., before Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s Day, or Black Friday sales), delivery terms may change depending on the flow of parcels.

Please inform us in advance if you wish to receive your jewelry on a specific date. We will do our best to make sure your order is delivered on time.

All ziedelis.lt jewelry is packaged in stylish boxes, perfect for gift giving. Additionally, upon your request, we can offer a gift bag with the ziedelis.lt logo. Please provide this information when placing your order in the online shop.

All the jewelry we send is packed as an ordinary parcel. So, your girlfriend will have no idea about its contents.

When jewelry is shipped, it is packed in ordinary parcel packaging, so it is not possible to identify the contents of the parcel from the outside because our logo is not present.

The sender is responsible for sending and delivering the parcel to you. We can assure you that in all our experience, there has never been a particular case of a missing parcel.
