This can be done by washing them with soap and a soft brush, but make sure the sink is securely plugged before doing so. Then rinse under running water and dry carefully with a paper towel. The water must be lukewarm and at room temperature. You can also bring it to a jeweler who will professionally clean your existing jewelry.
