The seller confirms that it follows the principle of processing a minimum amount of personal data. However, in order for the Seller to be able to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to purchase products sold in the e-store online, it is necessary for them to process personal data.


When providing jewellery sales services, the Seller asks the Buyer to register in the online store and provide the necessary personal details:


  • Full name,
  • email address,
  • phone number,
  • addresses.


The data provided by the Buyer during registration can be changed by the Buyer later by logging into their account.


The Seller confirms that the personal data specified by the Buyer will be processed only in the e-store For the purposes of the Seller's analysis of activities and direct marketing, unless the Buyer notifies in accordance with the procedure discussed in the Rules that it does not wish its personal data to be processed for the purposes of direct marketing.


The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except for the Seller's partners providing delivery of goods or other services related to the proper fulfillment of the Buyer's order. In all other cases, the Buyer's personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Buyer has the opportunity to subscribe to the newsletter sent by the Seller for direct marketing purposes by registering in the online store by ticking the box "Subscribe to the newsletter!". You can unsubscribe by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button in the newsletter.


In the online store The seller uses cookies, i.e. small text documents that are saved on the visitor's computer or smart device when visiting the online store. Cookies are required for direct service and user analysis, for marketing purposes and to ensure better quality of service. The user can control the use of cookies through the settings of the web browser.

The Buyer has the right to receive, change, block or delete the data provided and saved by the Buyer free of charge. The buyer has the right to receive information on the sources and what personal data was collected, the purpose for which it was processed, the recipients to whom the data was provided and has been provided for at least the last year. The buyer has the right to request the rectification or removal of their personal data or to request to suspend, except for storage, the processing of his personal data when the data is processing breaches the provisions of the law.
