To find out the size of the ring you need, you can measure the diameter of the ring you already have in millimeters. If this is not possible, then it is advisable to choose an average standard ring size (16.0–17.5), which can then be adjusted for free. Please also bear in mind that the thickness of the fingers on the right and left hand may differ slightly by a few millimeters. It is definitely not recommended to try to measure your finger with thread or string, as such measurements will be inaccurate.
